Crown Scholars
The Crown Scholarship Program was made possible by the generous contribution of many of the university’s founding mothers and fathers, as well as current leaders from the Charlotte region who support the University. While the Honors College no longer awards this scholarship, it supported these students who demonstrated a strong academic foundation, intellectual and social breadth, interest in research (curiosity about knowledge and learning), a commitment to engagement in the community through sustainable partnerships, and a capacity for reflection and growth.
