Rene Fielder

Rene Fielder is a UNC Charlotte Alumni, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts and University Honors. With more than 20 years experience in design and marketing, she is currently a partner at The Grit Group, a digital marketing agency based in Charlotte, NC. As President of Agency Services, she oversees operations of the agency and manages client accounts combining her passion for data and brand. She lives in Charlotte with her husband Ben Smith, also a UNC Charlotte alumnus, and their three dogs. In her spare time she volunteers in animal rescue, and enjoys traveling and baking.
