Will Rice
For the past 16 years, Will has worked in Public Service for the City and County, managing projects to build vital infrastructure. In an effort to get people to understand what that means, he is also an avid public speaker and educator whenever anyone shows interest. Additionally, he coaches middle school soccer, manages more than 20 colonies of bees across the county, and spends as much time on his bike as possible.
