Niner Central was developed to provide superior service to students and eliminates the need for students to bounce between multiple offices to conduct their student business. The Niner Central website also combines information related to the points about in one site to help students quickly navigate these services online.
The Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at UNC Charlotte supports the holistic well-being and academic success of students and contributes to a healthy and welcoming campus climate. This is accomplished by providing short-term individual and group counseling, crisis management, consultation, referral services, and educational and preventive initiatives for the campus community.
Jamil Niner Student Pantry empowers the campus community to overcome food insecurity by providing healthy, culturally appropriate nutrition while equipping student leaders with the knowledge and advocacy skills necessary to educate the community about related issues and navigate the resources it provides.

University Recreation empowers every body, every mind, every day to lead active, healthy, and balanced lives and strive for personal growth throughout and beyond their time at UNC Charlotte by providing recreational, sport, and fitness opportunities for Charlotte students and members. Programs include intramural sports, sport clubs, group fitness, personal training, swim lessons, and more. All fee paying enrolled students are members while non-fee paying students, faculty, staff, alumni and retirees may purchase memberships.
