Jamie Beason

Jamie Beason is an award-winning data and analytics professional with nearly two decades of experience transforming business outcomes through innovation, insight, and leadership. With a background that spans Fortune 500 companies (SABIC, Ingersoll Rand, JLL, and Trane Technologies), Jamie specializes in using data to drive strategic decision-making, optimize operations, and foster organizational growth. She currently works at Trane Technologies as a Data and Analytics Business Partner.

Jamie graduated from Business and University Honors Programs at UNC Charlotte in 2008, with concentrations in Finance and Operations Management. She lives in Charlotte with her son and husband, who is also a UNC Charlotte alumnus. In her spare time, she street skates, crochets, reads, travels, and spends time with her family.
