David Jordan

David S. Jordan is a spatial data science and product leader. He has made a career out of applying spatial thinking to tough problem spaces in the domains of real estate planning, disaster response, social equity, and climate resiliency. David has spent the last 9 years holding various positions at Grubb Properties, Fifth Third Bank and at JPMorganChase where he is currently the Product Director for the firm’s newly developed geospatial data and analytics platforms. David is a patented inventor of novel geospatial analytics processes and analyses, a winner of a Special Achievement in GIS (SAG) award, a conference speaker, and a published author.

David grew up in North Carolina and graduated from the University Honors Program with concentrations in Marketing Analytics and Information Systems in 2015. He went on to graduate from North Carolina State University’s Institute for Advanced Analytics securing a M.S. in Analytics in 2017. His career has brought him further and further north and he currently resides in Dublin, Ohio with his two dogs, Zoey and Frank. In his spare time, David can be found outdoors gardening or kayaking in the warmer months and indoors sharing a good meal and playing board games with friends during the cooler months.
