Mindy Adnot
Mindy Adnot, Ph.D.
Dr. Adnot is an Assistant Teaching Professor at the Honors College, where she leads senior capstone courses for the University Honors Program, teaches interdisciplinary honors seminars, and conducts research on teaching and learning in honors education.
She joined the Honors College in January 2019, initially serving as Associate Director until 2022 and as Team Lead of Instruction before transitioning to her current faculty role in Fall 2025. Prior to UNC Charlotte, Dr. Adnot was a Visiting Assistant Professor at Davidson College.
She holds a Ph.D. in Education Policy and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia, a Master of Teaching from Pace University in New York, and a B.S. in Business with a minor in Economics from Wake Forest University where she was a Carswell Scholar.
