Bill Keyes

Dr. Keyes is founder and president of the Institute for Responsible Citizenship, a prestigious leadership development and internship program in Washington, DC for African American college sophomore men. Before that, he earned his PhD from UNC Chapel Hill and worked in the fields of public policy and education. Keyes also has opened a series of Collegiate Institutes in New York, Greensboro, Atlanta, and here in Charlotte.
