Malin Pereira

A Professor of English, Dr. Pereira began leading the Honors College in 2012 and was appointed Dean in 2022. Her vision has been to build honors access and quality: during her tenure, the College has tripled its staff, added two faculty fellows, developed a robust rotation of interdisciplinary courses, and implemented multiple scholarships and merit scholar programs. Her favorite Honors College course to teach is “Inquiry Into the Visual Arts.”
