Dante Gil Rivas

Hometown: Charlotte, NC
Dante is currently a graduate student at Rice University pursuing a Master of Architecture. Once he completes his degree, he would like to work for an architecture firm that incorporates research and practice. His interest comes from working as a student research assistant at the School of Architecture’s Integrated Design Research Lab at UNC Charlotte. He was able to work on an NSF-funded project that showed him how research in architecture could impact people and the environment. He is also interested in working abroad in Japan one day. He is learning Japanese at Rice University.
